❌ Duplicate purchases
❌ Change of mind
❌ Dissatisfaction with generated content
❌ Technical issues
❌ ANY OTHER REASON

2. Digital Product Waiver

EXPLICITLY WAIVE your 14-day EU withdrawal rights

Our AI generation service incurs immediate computational costs the moment you purchase credits. These costs are non-recoverable, regardless of whether credits are used.

The ONLY exceptions where we MAY (at our sole discretion) consider account credit (NOT refund) are:

Proven payment processing errors resulting in duplicate charges
Complete service outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days

Documentation and proof are required
